This smudge stick is crafted from wildcrafted dried white sage (salvia apiana) and is harvested using sustainable methods from the same lands for over 20 years. There are no hidden ingredients, charcoal or perfume, and it is wrapped in organic cotton string. Simply light the end of the smudge stick with a lighter or a match and let it smolder and fill your space. Relight as desired. Have a bowl of sand nearby to extinguish.
