My naturopath started me on this product to address gut dysbiosis/bad bacterial overgrowth and it has been extremely effective. Some nausea and diarrhea the first few days but those symptoms passed after about 3-4 days. Shout out to Wellness Market for very prompt delivery when I needed it!
