Recommended Use or Purpose:
Helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Used in herbal medicine to help relieve minor pain, swelling, and inflammation (anti-inflammatory). 

Recommended Dose (Adults):
Take 1 capsule three to four times daily or as recommended by your health professional. For prolonged use, consult a health professional. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. Take with food.
